The farrowing house was equipped with straight farrowing crates with straight troughs. In addition, bowl drinkers for piglets , made of stainless steel and stainless steel feeders plugged into the grate. Feed is supplied by means of a fi 60 chain and pulley feedlot. The farrowing pens are partly equipped with plastic sow grates, which provide thermal comfort for the animals and make it easier for the sows to stand up, and cast iron grates, which provide better stability for the sows. In order to warm up the newborn piglets, a water-heated matwas usedframed radiant heatersand rectangular canopies were installed, which are an excellent complement to the heating system. The delivery room has been equipped with a modern ventilation system with controllers and a control panel.
